6 month anniversary!

I cannot believe it has been exactly 6 months since the horrible amputation. what a crazy trip it has been since then. i can remember being on so many pain pills i could do nothing but sleep and waking up in the middle of the night crying because the pain was so intense. the damn thing still gives me problems and if i hit it just right it hurts just as bad as it did in the beginning. but i've made it a 1/2 year without my right thumb! i deserve a drink!
