Another great week gone by. A friend of mine from college/thailand trip came into town and it was so great to see her! She came by and saw the giraffe and we were able to have dinner together one night. I love seeing college friends :) work was a pretty typical week. lots of poop and giraffe tounges. for the first time pili willingly touched me. she reached down and licked my head. that was weird. we have been working with the boy and brushing him on an almost daily basis. it is so cool. we stand on the stairs and he positions himself so we can brush his side/neck. one day we were brushing him for close to 20 minutes. he was so comfortable he peed. haha. what a sweet boy. we were able to measure him yesterday. 15 feet 2 inches. wow. and he has another 3 feet to grow! ah! last night i went to a video shoot for a country artist named dierks bentley. it airs in a few weeks. hopefully i made the cut! tonight, because of inspiration from my brother, i am throwing an ugly christmas sweater party :)
